Tour Invitation

Dear Music and Travel Friends,

This is it... the long awaited final itinerary for the Southern California Master Chorale Summer of 2010 Tour. In the document, you will find a day by day description of all of the fabulous places we will be going. In a nutshell, we'll start in Paris where we will spend 5 amazing days with a possible performance in Notre Dame (confirmation pending). Then we are off to Tours in the Loire Valley with a stop at Chartres where we will perform in the lovely Chartres Cathedral. Next stop Caen, to visit the beaches of Normandy. Leaving France we will head to the Netherlands to stay in the magical town of Bruges and spend an evening at the "Golden Square" in Brussels. The last stop on the main tour is Amsterdam with its many museums and beautiful canals.

The extension to the tour is a time for leisure only, no singing - or at least no concerts. There is always singing! For the extension we will be going to "Wonderful, Wonderful Copenhagen" (see you are singing right now aren't you?). We will spend an additional 3 nights in Copenhagen just enjoying the lovely sights. The price on the extension is yet to be confirmed.

The price of the main tour is $3784 per person based on double occupancy (plus additional airline related taxes). Included in the price are airfare, hotels, breakfast every day, 5 dinners, entrance fees to all attractions mentioned in the attachment, tour guides, all ground transportation in Europe, and more. The price on the extension is $1025 per person/ double occupancy. It is very important that we know who will be joining us ASAP. To reserve your spot we will need a $100 deposit by September 12 th. This deposit is non-refundable. A payment/cancellation schedule will be available soon.

We would really like to encourage you to consider joining us on this adventure, singers and non-singers alike. We love having our own groupies along for the ride.
